STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The purpose is to assist the entrepreneur in entering the thriving new $1.00 bulk-candy vending industry aimed at the Canadian market.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Pink-Ribbon vending machines are placed in business locations. The machines are visited once per month by the entrepreneur to replace the candy products, and collect the money from the coin boxes. Volume sales are achieved by placing machines in multiple locations.

PRODUCTS  
Products are custom made for the entrepreneur.They are not sold in other vending machines. Large portions of loose (bulk) candy and nut products are dispensed for $1.00. Products appeal to all age groups.

PRODUCT COST/PROFITS
Product prices range from 13% to 40%. The profit margins ranges from 60% to as high as 87%. The products are purchased by the pound (bulk) from a contracted wholesale candy supplier in Ontario.

CONSUMER MARKET    
The target market consists of all businesses with lunch rooms, staff rooms, cafeterias, waiting areas, and areas of consumer traffic.

ROUTES
Professional Canadian location companies develop routes in small, medium, or large sized cities. Location guarantees are provided.   

NO COMPETITION
The products are an exclusive line and not competitive with other vending machines.
